Situations that Auto Actions can Handle

• Enter Expiration dates for FBI, Child Abuse and State Background Checks, and Home Study expiration dates dependent on Case Type.
• Send families personalized email nearing the expiration date of Background checks if the adoption is not finalized.
• Enter separate records for each FBI, Child Abuse and State Background Checks for a place to store the actual document and other important dates and contacts that surround each check.
• Enter expiration dates for Fingerprints, Medical Reports, Immigration Approvals and notify all parties before expiration.
• When a Home Study Approved Date is entered, the Home Study Stage can be updated and an email can be sent to the family notifying them of their status.
• Once a donation is received, send an automated, personalized “Thank You” email to the donor.
• Automatically send birthday or Happy Adoption Day wishes from your staff to your clients.
• Email reminder to assistant to send an Inquiry packet when a prospective client applies online.

• Send an email to the client that an Inquiry Packet has been sent once the Inquiry Packet Sent Date is entered.
