SAM's report module makes it easy to assess your information and facilitate good business decisions allowing you to track families, children, contacts, events and many other aspects of your business. Create unlimited fully featured reports to access each section of your database.
Filter on any field by clicking it's value within the report, including fields not shown on the report and sort any column ascending, descending or by blank or non-blank values.
Quick Search Lists at the top of each report allow users to quickly summarize different groups on the report and filter by that group.
Once you have the report filtered as you need it, bookmark the report to your favorites within your browser. Each time you reference the report, it will contain real-time data. SAM will require you to login to access the report if you are not already.
Create dynamic reports with very specific filters using the Search tool at the top of each report. The tool allows you to choose any field in SAM to filter by and provides advanced operators to generate information for a specific time periods, such as the current quarter, or for next x days, months, years, etc.
You can even choose to capture data for all or some of the filters to drill down to the information you need. These filters are saved, so when you need to modify the criteria, it's there.
All data is available to other users once input and saved into SAM. No more waiting for systems to sync.
Reports can be bookmarked and shared amongst other users. Each time the saved report is accessed, the data is represented in real-time, and credentials are required to access its details.
Open a record's form directly from the reports by clicking their name. The entity's form can be accessed easily in your current window or by opening a new tab, keeping your report for reference.
View statistics such as totals, averages, minimums and maximums per field at the bottom of some reports. Any field can contain the functionality to report these statistics.
Once you've pulled the report, work with your information.
