Permissions

Additional filters for permissions can be easily added so that the user can only view certain records that meet the criteria, such as Children in a specific country and/or stage.

Permissions are applied everywhere, including the reports, so users will never be able to view anything more than they should.

Modification History

View details of every change in the database, including:
  • who changed it
  • when it was changed
  • what the old value was
  • what it was changed to

Changes can be easily viewed per field, per entity or for the entire system.

Activity Tracking

See which pages users visit to monitor their use of the system.

View records for:

  • User
  • Date & Time
  • Type of Activity (View Page, Save Page, Insufficient Login Permissions, plus more
  • Link to Page Visited and Previous Page
  • IP Address and if on Secure Connection
