SAM is so much more than I could have ever expected or wished for from an adoption client database. SAM goes well beyond the typical client database systems. It is designed specifically to meet the needs of our agency and the unique client base that we serve in the adoption community.

SAM has many of the tools we need to maintain client contact and organization by allowing us to multi-task effectively.

My staff and I have found SAM very easy to use. We are impressed with the wide range of capabilities SAM has to offer. It helps to make our jobs easier by localizing all aspects of our client contacts into one system.

If you are looking for an adoption client database to implement, then look no further, SAM has it all. What I love about SAM is that the information I need on a family is readily available.  I can look up things easily.  I love the reports we can access and create.  I love the easy access of information and I LOVE being able to get technical support FAST and EFFICIENTLY.  I love it that there are several technical people to help us and we can call for help anytime we need it and we get RESULTS!
