Helps employees keep up with their tasks and allows managers to view their response times. Checklist templates automatically enter the common tasks for a case, assign the responsible employee or employee type per task and populate due dates at predefined triggers.

Checklist template items can be country, program or state/region specific.

Administrators can change the checklist templates at any time and users can add their own tasks to checklists.

Automated Actions

Allows you to automatically send email communications to case workers or families, such as sending an email 3 months before a person's passport expires so that they can renew, or sending reminders to the family and their case worker about a Post-Placement Report due soon.

Enables you to have fields automatically entered or updated, such as entering a Home Study Expiration Date automatically when the Home Study Completed date is entered, or moving a family to the Post-Adoption Stage once the adoption decree date is entered.

Email Importing

Emails are automatically entered as communication records under the corresponding entity by matching their email addresses in the To, CC, BCC and From fields. For inter-agency emails, you can put the entity's ID in the subject line to have the emails automatically imported as their communication records. This saves case workers an enormous amount of time compared to copying and pasting emails into communication records.
