InReach Solutions is hiring a DevOps/System Admin for our child welfare case management system, we call SAM. This role is responsible for the development of process and integration between JIRA-Github-Zendesk-Amazon, server infrastructure, and will be a primary liaison between the development, technical and executive teams.

Build processes/implementation of automation between JIRA-Github-Zendesk-AWS
Diagnose error messages, write/run SQL queries and modify client databases
Determine scope and implementation of projects
Manage AWS server updates, logs and report on activity spikes and other issues that need attention
Setup SSL certificate renewals
Develop and maintain IT Support maintenance, policies and procedures and documents common fixes to problems.
Setup QA testing procedures
Experience working with JIRA, AWS, GitHub and Zendesk
Education and Experience:
BS/BA degree in an information technology-related curriculum
BS/BA degree in business-related curriculum and 5+ years experience in a development position
